We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, drive online traffic, and increase customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of digital channels, and a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing strategies.  
Opportunities available for remote work based on individual performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

Key Responsibilities: 

– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads and sales.
– Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising.
– Manage the company’s website and optimize it for user experience and search engine visibility when required.
– Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve digital marketing efforts.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the Hospitality  sector.
– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
– Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting and analysing digital marketing performance metrics.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent attention to detail.

Pay rates are negotiable within the Federal Award based on skills and experience.
