Job Summary:
As a Regional Franchise Manager at Aspire Hospitality Group, you will be a vital part of our mission to ensure the success and growth of our franchise locations in Western Australia. Your role will involve overseeing and supporting franchisees, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Your leadership and strategic insights will be crucial in driving business expansion and maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Franchise Development: Identify and evaluate potential franchisees within the region, including assessing their suitability and business acumen.
– Collaborate with the franchise development team to facilitate onboarding.
– Operational Excellence: Provide continuous guidance to franchisees, ensuring they meet brand standards, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service.
-Financial Management: Monitor and analyse financial performance, P&L statements, and key performance indicators for each franchise location.
-Implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Marketing and Branding:
-Partner with the marketing team to execute regional marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns by franchisees.
-Compliance: Guarantee that franchisees comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, and health and safety regulations.
-Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
-Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting the performance of franchises within the region and recommending improvements and strategic adjustments.
-Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
-A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is highly regarded although not necessary.
-Proven experience for a minimum of 2 years in franchise management, regional management, or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
-Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
-Results-driven and goal-oriented.
