Il Lido Italian Canteen, Canteen Pizza, and Nolita Trattoria are seeking experienced, motivated, energetic, and passionate chefs to join our professional and fast-paced kitchens.
Il Lido Italian Canteen is located on picture-perfect Cottesloe beach and comprises a highly regarded Italian canteen and award-wining wine bar, as well as a super busy espresso bar.
Nolita Trattoria is on beautiful Bay View Terrace in the heart of Claremont, trading for lunch and dinner six days a week.

We are looking to reinforce our already strong teams with kitchen professionals who are eager to contribute to the growth and expansion of our popular restaurants. We have various availabilities across our kitchen operations including Casual Chefs, Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef.
Only exceptional team players with an obvious penchant for terrific Italian food are required. You must also have excellent communication skills and a serious passion for quality and seasonal produce.
