We are currently seeking to appoint a Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage department on a Full-time basis. This position reports to the Executive Food and Beverage Manager and communicates with all other departments, as well as contractors and suppliers.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assist the Executive Food and Beverage Manager in the timely and accurate development of documentation for all F&B outlets.
Coordinate the F&B purchasing system. Preparation of departmental purchase orders, reconciliation of invoices and liaison with Finance.
Staff rostering and approval of timesheets.
General administration duties for the kitchen and F&B outlets as required.
OHS attendance and actioning compliance requirements for the F&B department.
Assist with recruitment of F&B staff.
Coordinate induction and HR documentation for new employees.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous Hospitality Industry experience.
Strong administrative ability, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
General knowledge of liquor licensing and food safety.
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly effective organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
