We are looking for a practical down-to-earth, hands-on, go-getters who can join our pearling team to fill the position of Master 24 / MED II and Coxswain in beautiful Broome.
The position required is as a result of our expansion of our commercial pearl farming activities. We are looking for a versatile team member who can engage in hands on activities on board whilst doing local trips to and from Willie Creek and to various coastal locations with Broome as a base.
The role available requires a 100% can do attitude; enjoy working alongside team members with a happy calm disposition who always displays high-level safety standards, can communicate well with fellow team members and a real passion for being involved with a West Australian product and family-owned business.
The position requires the applicant to be able to perform a diverse range of tasks and able to adapt to various workloads and working environment as it changes through the season.
You must be available for an immediate start and have full working rights in Australia.

Successful candidates must have the minimum requirements:
* Master 24 / MED II qualifications
* Coxswain Qualification NC Grade 1
* Minimum age of 18 years
* Current Senior First Aid
