We are seeking to appoint an experienced Breakfast Restaurant Manager on a Full-time basis. This position will require you to have a highly visible presence and hands-on approach during service periods.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position include:
Managing staff to ensure restaurant service levels are consistent and of the highest possible standard
Providing a high level of customer service and take action to resolve any problems quickly
Ensure customer numbers are maximized each and every service period
Monitor the physical appearance of the Restaurant and ensure that any problems are promptly addressed, including liaising with other departments
Manage extraordinary requests, such as special events and functions and ensure they are executed seamlessly to a professional standard
Process food and beverage orders and financial transactions using POS system
Monitoring the restaurant budget, including completing detailed reporting on the same
Driving revenue by ensuring maximum covers per service period
Roster preparation and approval of timesheets in accordance with resort processes
Working closely with the Kitchen and other resort departments
Thorough knowledge of Resort policies and procedures and provide guidance to staff
The required skills, experience and attributes for this position include
Previous experience at Restaurant Management level, including management of a team of at least 20.
Hold a current WA Liquor License, or the ability to obtain one
Thorough knowledge of liquor licensing and food safety practices
High level of personal presentation and grooming
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Have a professional, friendly and engaging personality
Formal qualifications in Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
Current First Aid qualification
