Key Responsibilities
· Assist with meeting and events sales strategy, ensuring targets are achieved within budgeted figures.
· Supporting sales strategies and campaigns.
· Administrating support with preparing documentations and presentations.
· A proactive approach to ensure all function spaces are maximised, along with revenue.
· Engaging in site inspections and events.
· Generating proposals to secure conference business, following up with proposals and ensure guest obsession!
· Overseeing event happenings, working effectively with F&B team and ensuring service delivery meets to the highest standard.
· Quick problem resolutions.
· Evaluating events success and reporting.
Ideally our Team is looking for
· Experience in event planning – well organised and multi tasking.
· Passion for guest obsession!
· Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in Opera (desirable) and proficient with Microsoft Office.
