The Pumphouse Kununurra boasts one of the most beautiful sunset spots in the East Kimberley, where guests can enjoy an afternoon drink, meal and croc watch from our outdoor deck.
We are seeking an experienced Bartender with cocktail experience who shares our passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year Bar and Cocktail experience, in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Extensive wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge advantageous
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices. Must hold a current RSA certificate
- Enthusiastic, positive and proactive
- Attentive and able to anticipate guests’ service needs, including creating connections to provide a personalised service
- A team player prepared to assist in other areas as required to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
- Responsible and reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean and tidy work space
- Flexible to work across a weekly roster, including nights and weekends.
- Possess a safety first mindset
- Working knowledge of restaurant systems (POS Swift) is preferred but not essential
- Valid working rights in Australia
