Booking and reservations
·       Kununurra  and Perth- Ensure the office is clean, presentable

·       Ensure all supplies for the office are stocked

·       Answer phones for bookings

·       Respond to emails for bookings

·       Ensure at the end of the day all bookings are taken and paid for, or documentation filed for invoicing

·       Itineraries are developed

·       Rezdy is updated as needed

·       Website is kept up to date

·       Various booking sites are updated

·       Agents are updated as needed

·       Manage the Kununurra Office

·       Manage the casual office staff in the office

·       Manage the logistics of tours as required.




·       Manage clients requests in the booking process

·       Manage Agents and clients expectations

·       Always be friendly, respectful and supportive to the customer’s needs


·       Manage the bookings reservations and logistics

·       Develop necessary proformas for the reservations including itineraries ,

·       quotes,

·       manifests developed to work for pilots

·       daily reconciliation of Rezdy bookings and Sqare  payments




·       Work closely with the manager to develop all systems for the bookings and reservations

·       Carry out your assigned duties

·       Assist other staff members when required

·       Develop Marketing strategies

·       Train in xero accounts and book keeping 4 hours per week.
