An exciting opportunity is now available for a Chef De Partie at the Hedland Hotel.
Reporting directly to the hotels Executive Chef, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotel kitchen that services the restaurants, bars and the many functions and events hosted.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment,
Liaising with front of house and management regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations
Ability to cook a broad range of food items and willing to provide input and flair into the creation and development of the menu and venue.
Experience in supervising and training cooks and kitchen staff
A formal qualification in commercial cookery and experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
Highly effective verbal communication skills
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
