Enoteca Centro, a new Restaurant – Wine Bar in Wesley Lane has introduced a unique experience to Perth since opening in September last year. Since opening we have attracted 5-star Google reviews and a growing following of CBD workers and tourists.

We offer a memorable food and wine experience for customers, including a seasonal Italian-inspired modern Australian share style menu to complement a quality 130 label international wine list – trading for lunch and dinner Mon to Frid with selected special events/functions on weekends.

We are looking to reinforce our team with kitchen professionals who are eager to contribute to the growth of our restaurant/wine bar. We have various potential availabilities across our kitchen operations for the right candidates including Casual Chef, Cook, Junior Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef with more than 5 years’ experience, passionate about creating innovative food and wine pairings that celebrate the best WA and Australian produce.

The Chef/Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and a small FOH team to complement our premium wine offering with seasonal share plates in a relaxed urban “cellar door” environment.

As a key member of the team, you will assist kitchen operations with your food knowledge, technical cooking skills and presentation of our quality food offering served in an uncomplicated way.

We will contact a shortlist of applicants who have the relevant industry licenses and trade certificates as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
